Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the Lotus Spaw Agent integration operated by Lotus Spaw LLC. The integration is intended primarily for authorized internal business use.

1. Authorized use

The integration may be used only by Lotus Spaw LLC and persons or systems authorized by Lotus Spaw.

2. Connected services

The integration may connect to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online. Use of those services remains subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.

3. Business-analysis purpose

The integration may assist with bookkeeping review, financial analysis, reporting, management summaries, and related internal business workflows. Outputs should be reviewed by an authorized person before they are relied upon for material accounting, payroll, tax, legal, or financial decisions.

4. No autonomous financial authority

Unless Lotus Spaw expressly configures and authorizes otherwise, the integration is not authorized to independently transfer funds, run payroll, alter compensation, execute contracts, or make other material financial commitments on behalf of Lotus Spaw.

5. Accuracy

Information produced by automated systems may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Connected source systems should be treated as the authoritative record where there is a conflict.

6. Security responsibilities

Authorized users must protect credentials, access tokens, passwords, and other authentication information associated with the integration.

7. Changes and termination

Lotus Spaw may modify, suspend, or discontinue the integration at any time.
